first of all Thank you Im very happy with this one myself.

Iv started to use 3d programs to construct "sketches", I did this painting first in my computer, letting a program caculate the shadows the I printed it and used that as an referance.

these programs lets me set up light in which ever way I like and create "fantasy worlds" which I then can paint.. elliminating the problem how to get the right perspective and ligth/shadows from a vision in my head.

if you are interrested Id be more then happy to show you some of my "renderings" and btw Im not stopping to paint in oils, I use these 3d progerams as a sketch tool, I think it was the itailan master Tinteretto how used wooden dolls and lights to arrange his compostions im merely doing the same thing just in a 21th century way
